Saving Richmond Area Homeowners From Foreclosure 

In this topsy turvy economy, more and more homeowners have been having a difficult time making ends meet and many are either facing foreclosure or a job loss or relocation that cause them financial distress.  For this reason I decided to add an additional dimension to the services I provide.

In 2008 I earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE), having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.   As a result of this training and my desire to help homeowners, I have developed the expertise to navigate through these choppy waters.

Foreclosure is a devastating financial and emotional process for a homeowner to go through, and in many cases they do so alone and without help of any kind.  Most homeowners facing this predicament are not aware that there are solutions other than foreclosure.  In fact, 7 out of 10 homeowners go into foreclosure because they DIDN'T know help was available.
